摘要
目的探讨利用重睑线切口行内眦韧带缩短的内眦赘皮矫正术的临床效果。方法自2019年5月至2020年8月,重庆华美整形美容医院对105例内眦赘皮患者,采用重睑切口向内眦部皮下潜行分离显露出内眦韧带,将其缩短缝合于新内眦点对应的皮下深部组织上。术后观察内眦赘皮改善情况并于术后12个月调查患者满意度。结果105例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后见内眦赘皮消失,内眦形态自然,由钝变锐,内眦间距缩短,睑裂变长,重睑弧度自然。术后随访12个月,内眦赘皮总体回缩不明显,患者满意率为96%。结论经重睑线切口内眦韧带短缩缝合法,对于轻中度内眦赘皮的改善效果良好,重睑切口瘢痕细微、并发症较少,重睑线流畅自然、内眦赘皮回缩程度较小,手术创伤较小,患者满意度较高,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of scarless epicanthoplasty via blepharoplasty incision.Methods A total of 105 patients with epicanthus from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Using the double eyelid incision to subcutaneously separate the medial canthus to reveal the medial canthal ligament,which was shortened and sutured to the deep subcutaneous tissue corresponding to the new medial canthal point.To observe the improvement of epicanthus and investigate the patient satisfaction at 12 months after operation.Results All incisions healed by first intension.The epicanthus disappeared immediately after operation.The shape of inner canthus was natural,changing from blunt to sharp,the intercanthal distance was shortened,the eyelid fissure became long and the double eyelid curvature was natural.All patients were followed up for 12 months after operation,the overall retraction rate of epicanthus was low and the rate of patient satisfaction was 96%.Conclusion Scarless epicanthoplasty via blepharoplasty incision has a good efficacy in the improvement of mild to moderate epicanthus.The scar in blepharoplasty incision is concealed,the complications are less,the double eyelid curvature is natural and the retraction rate of epicanthus is low.The patient satisfaction is high.This method is safe and reliable.
