摘要
目的:观察年轻心房颤动患者外周血中Galectin-3的表达情况,并探讨其与射频消融术后复发的关系。方法:入选100例住院行射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者(年龄≤60岁),其中阵发性心房颤动52例,持续性心房颤动48例。同期住院的窦性心律患者45例作为对照组。空腹采集静脉血,用ELISA法测定外周血中Galectin-3的表达水平。随访观察患者射频消融术后心房颤动复发情况。结果:持续性心房颤动组患者外周血中Galectin-3的表达水平最高,为(5.3±1.3)μg/mL,其次是阵发性心房颤动组(4.7±1.2)μg/L,对照组最低(3.1±1.0)μg/L,三组间的差并有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血Galectin-3水平与LAD呈中等程度正相关(阵发性心房颤动组:r=0.57, P<0.05;持续性心房颤动组:r=0.53,P<0.05)。较未复发患者,术后复发患者外周血中有更高的Galectin-3基线水平。LAD、外周血Galectin-3水平是术后复发的独立危险因素。结论:年轻心房颤动患者外周血中Galectin-3水平升高,且与左心房前后径呈正相关,而射频消融术后复发患者有更高的Galectin-3表达水平,提示Galectin-3可能参与心房颤动的发生发展。
Objective: To explore the plasma level of Galectin-3 in young patients with atrial fibrillation(AF) and its relationship with recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods: 100 AF patients aged 60 years or younger were recruited,including 52 paroxysmal AF patients and 48 persistent AF patients.All patients underwent catheter ablation. 45 patients with sinus rhythm hospitalized at the same time were enrolled in the control group. Peripheral venous blood samples were collected and ELISA was used to measure plasma GDF-15 concentrations. AF recurrence was followed-up routinely. Results: Persistent AF patients had the highest concentration of Galectin-3 compared to paroxysmal AF patients and the control patients[(5.3 ±1.3) vs.(4.7 ± 1.2) vs.(3.1 ± 1.0)μg/L,P<0.05]. There was a positive correlation between Galectin-3levels and left atrial diameters(persistent AF R =0.57, P <0.05;paroxysmal AF:R =0.53,P <0.05).AF patients with recurrence had a higher level of Galectin-3 than patients without AF recurrence. Left atrial diameter and Galectin-3 were independent risk factors for recurrence after radiofrequency ablation in AF patients. Conclusions: The expression of Galectin-3 was increased in young patients with AF,and it had a positive correlation with left atrial diameter. Moreover, AF patients with high Galectin-3 level were prone to recurrence. Galectin-3 may be involved in the development of atrial fibrillation.
