摘要 结合某500kV变电站GIL设备故障情况,采用仿真与测试的方法分析三支柱绝缘子炸裂故障和多起GIL管道异响原因。通过试验检测分析,得出故障原因。由于三支柱绝缘子的低电位嵌件和环氧材料界面粘接强度偏低,GIL装置运行过程中,受到热与力的影响,设备不断老化;同时,交界面存在一定量的气隙,增加了对电场的影响,使得绝缘子内部出现贯穿性放电,从而引起三支柱绝缘子炸裂。针对焊点断裂导致GIL管道异响问题,对GIL单元进行焊接整改,整改后再未出现过GIL管道异响问题。此次分析可为后期GIL的运维管理提供一定的参考价值。 In this paper,combined with the failure of GIL equipment in a 500kV substation,simulation and testing methods are used to analyze the causes of three-pillar insulator burst failure and multiple abnormal noises of the GIL pipelines.Through testing and analysis,the cause of the failure is found.Due to the low bonding strength between the low-potential insert and the epoxy material of the three-pillar insulator,the GIL device is affected by heat and force during its operation;and the equipment is continuously aging.At the same time,there is a certain amount of air gap at the interface,which increases the influence of electric field,causing a penetrating discharge inside the insulator,which would cause the three-pillar insulator to burst.Because of the abnormal sound of the GIL pipeline caused by fracture of the solder joints,the GIL unit is welded and rectified;and the abnormal sound of the GIL pipeline did not occur after the rectification.This analysis can provide a certain reference for the later operation and maintenance management of GIL.
