摘要
非金属管由于具有造价低、重量轻、耐腐蚀、易于施工等优点,在给排水、热力、通信、电力、石油和天然气等行业中应用广泛,基于非金属管道的探测技术仍在发展中。文章首先分析电磁感应法在埋地非金属管道探测中的技术原理及其平面定位与深度定位的方法。然后重点介绍电磁示踪线法和示踪探头法的技术特点,并针对各技术的局限性归纳相关的改进措施。最后展望电磁感应法在探测埋地非金属管道中的发展趋势。
Due to low cost,low density,high corrosion resistance and easy construction,non-metallic pipes are widely used in various industries such as water supply,heating power supply,communication,electric power supply,oil transmission,and gas transmission.The detection technologies of non-metallic pipelines are still progressing.In this paper,the theoretic principles of electromagnetic induction technologies in detecting buried non-metallic pipelines are firstly analyzed,and the methods for locating pipelines horizontally and vertically are also compared.Being combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the electromagnetic tracer line method and the tracer probe method,the modifications of the weaknesses of these methods are then reviewed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the future prospect of detecting buried non-metallic pipelines by electromagnetic induction methods.
