摘要
目的:结合子宫肌瘤患者的需求,此次研究全面认知其子宫肌瘤患者的护理方向,由此针对其优质护理管理质量的持续改进策略运行情况,来分析其效用价值和效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月本院收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者,随机将其划分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对比两组的护理评价,包括日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、护理满意程度、护理质量水平(安全护理、基础护理、护理文书、病房管理)。结果:在进行不同护理后,观察组ADL评分、SF-36评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理服务质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在持续化护理内容应用过程中,基于优质护理管控策略,可以有效改善子宫肌瘤患者的诊疗护理情况,由此提升患者对于护理服务的反馈满意程度。
Objective:Combined with the needs of patients with uterine fibroids,this study comprehensively cognizant the direction of the care of patients with uterine fibroids,so as to analyze the utility value and effect of the application of nursing based on the operation of the continuous improvement strategy of the quality of high-quality nursing management.Methods:A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Compare the nursing evaluation of the two groups,evaluation index including ADL scores,SF-36 grade,HAMA and HAMD scores,satisfaction with nursing care,nursing quality level(safety nursing,basic nursing,nursing documents,ward management).Results:After different nursing,the observation group’s ADL score,SF-36 score,HAMA score,and HAMD score were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that of the control group Group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the application process of continuous nursing content,based on high-quality nursing control strategy,it can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with uterine fibroids,and thus effectively improve patients’satisfaction with the feedback of nursing services.
