摘要
目的探究人性化管理在心内科护理人员工作倦怠感中的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年10月于该院心内科就职的34名护理人员,随机投掷法分为对照组(常规管理,17名)与观察组(联合人性化管理,17名)。比较两组工作倦怠感和管理满意度。结果观察组EP(16.29±2.28)分、DP(6.49±0.87)分、PA(26.04±1.87)分低于对照组(22.84±3.29)分、(10.02±0.96)分、(35.89±2.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组本职工作(18.34±0.17)分、职业环境(18.65±0.22)分、职业展望(18.96±0.11)分、团队合作(18.76±0.32)分、总体满意度(19.05±0.14)分均高于对照组(15.16±0.69)分、(15.32±0.75)分、(15.89±0.84)分、(15.99±0.53)分、(15.71±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理可降低心内科护理人员工作倦怠感。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized management on job burnout among nursing staff in cardiology department.Methods A total of 34 nursing staff who worked in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital from September 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional management,17 nursing staff)and the observation group(combined with humanized management,17 nursing staff)by random throwing.The indicators of job burnout and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of EP(16.29±2.28)points,DP(6.49±0.87)points and PA(26.04±1.87)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(22.84±3.29)points,(10.02±0.96)points and(35.89±2.84)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of their own work(18.34±0.17)points,occupational environment(18.65±0.22)points,career prospect(18.96±0.11)points,teamwork(18.76±0.32)points and overall satisfaction(19.05±0.14)points were higher than those of the control group(15.16±0.69)points,(15.32±0.75)points,(15.89±0.84)points,(15.99±0.53)points,(15.71±0.89)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management can reduce work burnout among nursing staff in cardiology department.
