摘要
目的分析药学干预在规范麻醉药品和精神药品管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院麻醉药品和精神药品的管理工作,将2019年1—12月开具的1000张麻醉药品和精神药品处方作为参照组,将2020年1—12月开具的1000张麻醉药品和精神药品处方作为观察组。参照组未实施药学干预,观察组实施药学干预,对比实施药学干预前后麻醉药品和精神药品的处方合格率、登记完整性、空安瓿回收合格率。结果观察组的麻醉药品和精神药品处方合格率、登记完整性、空安瓿回收合格率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在规范麻醉药品和精神药品管理中应用药学干预能够显著提高用药的合理性,有助于药品空安瓿回收和登记制度的完善。
Objective To analyze the application effect of pharmaceutical intervention in standardizing the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.Methods The management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in the hospital was retrospectively analyzed.1000 prescriptions for narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs issued from January to December 2019 were used as the reference group.1000 prescriptions of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs issued from January to December 2020 were used as the observation group.The reference group didn't implement pharmaceutical intervention,and the observation group implemented pharmaceutical intervention.The prescription qualification rate,registration completeness,and empty ampoule recovery rate of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs before and after the implementation of pharmaceutical intervention were compared.Results The qualified rate of prescription of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,the completeness of registration,and the qualified rate of empty ampoule recovery in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmaceutical intervention in standardizing the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs can significantly improve the rationality of drug use,and contribute to the improvement of the recovery and registration system of drug empty ampoules.
