摘要
某核电厂汽轮机推力轴承采用金斯伯里型,以散件形式供货到现场。通过介绍金斯伯里推力轴承的安装工艺,从安装工序、尺寸测量、间隙调整、锁紧装置锁紧、现场问题解决等方面进行了分析。研究成果可为后续金斯伯里推力轴承安装工艺提供借鉴。
The Kingsbury thrust bearing of steam turbine is adopted in a nuclear power plant and supplied to the site in the form of parts.The installation process of Kingsbury thrust bearing is presented,and analysis on the size measurement,clearance adjustment,locking device and on-site problem solution is carried out.The research result can provide reference for the subsequent installation process of Kingsbury thrust bearing.
