摘要
白俄罗斯作为“一带一路”倡议的重要节点国家和亚洲通往欧洲的重要门户,中白两国经贸合作对两国发展的重要经济意义与战略意义日益凸显。运用互补性指数测量发现中白两国经济结构互补性很强,但对两国贸易强度指数测量结果显示,中白两国整体贸易强度尤其是白俄罗斯出口与中国进口贸易强度较低。尽管中白两国贸易规模快速扩大,但是两国整体贸易潜力特别是制造业的产业内贸易潜力仍未得到有效开发。为进一步挖掘中白两国贸易潜力、优化贸易结构、推进双边贸易平衡,中白两国政府应把握“一带一路”建设机遇,积极推进“五通”建设,加强双边技术合作,落实经贸合作项目建设。
Belarus is an important country of the Belt and Road Initiative and an important gateway from Asia to Europe.The economic and strategic significance of China-Belarus economic and trade cooperation for the development of the two countries has become increasingly prominent.The author uses the complementarity index measurement to find that the economic structure of China and Belarus is highly complementary,but the measurement results of the trade intensity index of the two countries show that the overall trade intensity of China and Belarus,especially the export of Belarus and the import of China,is relatively low.Although the scale of trade between China and Belarus has expanded rapidly,the overall trade potential of the two countries,especially the intra-industry trade potential of the manufacturing industry,has not been effectively developed.In order to further tap the trade potential between China and Belarus,optimize the trade structure,and promote the bilateral trade balance,the governments of China and Belarus should seize the opportunity of the construction of the Belt and Road,actively develop the construction of“five connectivity”,strengthen bilateral technical cooperation and implement the construction of economic and trade cooperation projects.
