口鼻部鳞状细胞癌与癌旁组织拉曼光谱的差异研究

摘要 目的通过对口鼻部鳞癌组织的拉曼光谱测量,区分癌与癌旁组织拉曼光谱的差异。方法采用激光共焦显微拉曼光谱技术对包含口鼻部鳞癌及癌旁组织的冰冻切片进行检测,用主成分分析法区分两种组织,并且提取光谱特征峰。结果分析结果表明,主成分分析可以有效地区分(89.7%)口鼻部鳞癌及癌旁组织的拉曼光谱,发现其特征峰为2927cm^(-1),2877cm^(-1),1654cm^(-1),1450cm^(-1),和1319cm^(-1)。分别提示两者在脂、蛋白与核酸上有差异。结论采用激光共焦显微拉曼技术可以有效区分口鼻部鳞癌及癌旁组织。 Objective Through measuring the Raman spectra of oral and nasal squamous cell carcinoma to distinguish the difference between cancer and adjacent tissues.Methods The frozen sections containing oral and nasal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues were detected by laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy.Raman spectra of two types of tissues were analyzed by principal component analysis,and the spectral characteristic peaks were extracted and annotated.Results Principal component analysis can effectively distinguish(89.7%)the Raman spectra of carcinoma and adjacent tissues.It is found that the characteristic peaks are 2927cm^(-1),2877cm^(-1),1654cm^(-1),1450cm^(-1) and 1319cm^(-1),which suggests that differences exist in lipids,proteins and nucleic acids between the two types of tissues.Conclusion Laser confocal micro-Raman technique can effectively distinguish oral and nasal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues.
