摘要
本文以商业街的商业业态为出发点,研究其在商业街空间中的布置与组织,探究二者的相关性,以空间句法为理论基础,以合肥淮河路步行街为分析对象,定量分析其街巷空间特征,探究商业业态与步行街空间形态的匹配度,解析两者之间蕴含的逻辑关系。研究表明,商业业态与商业街空间形态高度关联,匹配空间典型特征的商业业态更易激发自身活力,商业空间的潜力易于被最大限度地发掘。
This paper takes the commercial format in the commercial street as the starting point,studies its layout and organization in the commercial street space,and then explores the correlation between the two.Based on space syntax,the paper takes Hefei Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street as the research object,quantitatively analyzes the spatial characteristics of the street,explores the matching degree between the commercial format and spatial form of pedestrian street,and analyzes the logical relationship between them.Studies have shown that commercial formats are highly related to the spatial form of commercial streets.Commercial formats that match the typical characteristics of the space are easy to stimulate vitality,and the potential of commercial space can be explored to the greatest extent.
