基于“城市双修”理念的合肥市绿地适宜性研究

摘要 “城市双修”理念是新时代下城市规划工作的指导思想之一。本文以合肥市中心城区为研究对象,筛选10个绿地适宜性因子、3个绿地建设限制性因子,并结合层次分析法和成对明智比较法共同确定影响因子的权重。在对各单因子进行分析后,进一步对各因子进行叠加分析,以确定合肥市中心城区的绿地适宜性布局。在单因子的选择、各因子权重的确定和合肥市中心城区绿地适宜性布局等方面结合“城市双修”的理念。结果表明,在合肥市中心城区绿地建设用地方面:最适宜用地占8.05%,适宜用地占18.36%,基本适宜用地占26.50%,不适宜用地占35.14%,不可用用地占11.95%。最后提出设置城市风道、强化城市水网绿地景观系统、建设工业区绿地、优化城市公园体系、建立滨湖生态廊道等可行性建议。 “Urban renovation and ecological restoration”is one of the guiding ideologies of urban planning work in the new era.Taking the central urban area of Hefei as the research object,this paper selects 10 green space suitability factors and 3 restrictive factors for the construction of green space,and determines the weight of influencing factors by combining analytic hierarchy process and pairwise comparison method.After the single factor analysis,the factors are further superimposed to determine the suitability layout of green space in the central urban area of Hefei.The concept of“urban renovation and ecological restoration”is combined with the selection of single factor,the determination of the weight of each factor and the suitability layout of green space in the central urban area of Hefei.The results show that the most suitable land accounts for 8.05%,the suitable land accounts for 18.36%,the basic suitable land accounts for 26.50%,the unsuitable land accounts for 35.14%,and the non-usable land accounts for 11.95%.Finally,it puts forward some feasible suggestions,such as setting up urban air duct,strengthening the green space landscape system urban of water network,building green space in industrial zone,optimizing urban park system and building lakeside green space,and so on.
