摘要
党校教师专业发展是干部教育培训领域中的主要议题,是党校教育与周边生态环境相互作用的结果。透过教育生态学视域,可以看到党校教师专业发展面临着诸多现实问题。因此,须科学运用生态学规律与原理,坚持生态链法则、用好生态位原理、打破花盆效应、把握限制因子定律,促进党校教师专业发展。
The professional development of Party school teachers is the main issue in the field of cadre education and training,which is the result of the interaction between Party school education and the surrounding ecological environment.From the perspective of education ecology,we can see that the professional development of Party school teachers is facing many practical problems.Therefore,it is necessary to make scientific use of ecological law and principle,adhere to ecological chain law,make good use of ecological niche principle,break flowerpot effect,grasp the law of limiting factors,and promote the professional development of Party school teachers.
