《茶叶深加工与综合利用》课程教学改革与实践

摘要 《茶叶深加工与综合利用》是茶学专业的专业核心课,是一门反映茶产业链向第三产业延伸的重要课程,是茶学学科发展的基础和前沿。本着“培养什么样的人,怎样培养人”的理念,本文从理论、实践、新技术应用三个教学方面,探讨《茶叶深加工与综合利用》课程教学模式,对教学理念、教学内容和教学方法等进行思考,并通过教学方法的设计与改进,在课堂教学实践中不断进行改革,提高教学效果,以期培养出茶学本科复合型创新人才。 The"Intensive Processing and Comprehensive Utilization of Tea"is a specialized undergraduate course in tea science,which describes the extension of tea industry chain to the tertiary industry as well as the basic knowledge and frontier in tea science.In line with the concept of"what kind of students to cultivate,how to cultivate students",this paper explores the teaching methods of this undergraduate course in terms of theoretical teaching,practical teaching and novel technology application,including teaching concepts,teaching content and teaching methods.The reforms in class teaching practice were improved by redesigning teaching methods,which stimulates and enhances the teaching effect,and promotes the cultivation of versatile talents in tea science.
