燃煤火电机组三改联动技术路线分析研究

摘要 针对燃煤电厂开展三改联动的要求,本研究分析了三改联动的典型技术路线、投资收益、改造后性能指标等,以指导火电企业选择性价比最高的节能、供热、灵活性改造路线。结果表明通流改造是快速降煤耗的节能改造首选,具有较好的通用性。供热改造主要取决于供热用户的需求、供热面积等,抽汽供热、吸收式热泵等技术具有较好的通用性,节能效果较好。低压缸切缸、高背压等技术能大比例提高供热能力,但机组调节灵活性会有一定程度下降。低负荷稳燃、提高SCR脱硝系统入口烟温是机组灵活性改造必选项。 In view of the requirements of the three-reform linkage for coal-fired power plants,this study analyzes the typical technical route,investment returns,and performance indicators after the transformation of the three-reform linkage,in order to guide thermal power companies to choose the most cost-effective energy-saving,heating,and flexible retrofits route.The results show that the through-flow transformation is the first choice for energy-saving transformation to quickly reduce coal consumption,and has good versatility.Heating transformation mainly depends on the needs of heating users,heating area,etc.,extraction steam heating,absorption heat pump and other technologies have good versatility and good energy saving effect.Low pressure cylinder cutting,high back pressure and other technologies can greatly improve the heating capacity,but the flexibility of the unit adjustment will be reduced to a certain extent.Stable combustion under low load and increasing the inlet flue gas temperature of the SCR denitration system are the necessary options for the flexible transformation of the unit.
