泥岩夹页岩隧道结构中线形微震爆破技术应用研究

摘要 结合元墩隧道实际情况,分析泥岩夹页岩隧道的特点和技术控制措施,探讨线形微震爆破技术在泥岩夹页岩隧道结构中的应用要点。结果表明:泥岩夹页岩隧道结构特殊,对爆破施工技术有很高要求,不能受到严重的扰动和振动,否则会发生坍塌或产生其他安全风险。采用线形微震爆破可有效满足施工要求,在保证施工安全的基础上提升施工速度和效率,从而获得更大的经济效益,值得在类似工程中推广应用。 Combined with the actual situation of Yuandun Tunnel,the characteristics and technical control measures of mudstone with shale tunnel are analyzed,and then the application points of linear microseismic blasting technology in the tunnel structure of mudstone with shale are discussed.The analysis shows that the tunnel with mudstone and shale has a special structure,which has high requirements for blasting construction technology.There should be no serious disturbance and vibration,otherwise collapse and other safety risks may occur.The linear microseismic blasting can effectively meet the construction requirements,improve the construction speed and efficiency,ensure the construction safety,and obtain greater economic benefits.It is worth popularizing and applying in similar projects.
