摘要
饲用天然植物功能组分兼具促进动物生长、调节动物肠道健康等多种优势,成为畜牧行业替抗关注的热点。但是原材料标准不一、质量控制不系统和试验效果重复性差是当前饲用天然植物功能组分新产品创制面临的主要难题。因此,文章针对新产品创制的关键要素,从植物材料标准化、提取分离工艺优化、产品质量控制、协同作用评价和动物试验评价以及完善标准管理等方面进行综述,为挖掘可饲用植物天然产物资源和加快新产品标准化创制提供参考。
The functional components of natural plants for animal feeding have become the hot topic in antibiotic substitution study for their multiple advantages such as promoting animal growth and regulating animal intestinal health. However, different raw material standards, unsystematic quality control, and inconsistent results in efficacy studies are the main challenges for new natural plant products development. Therefore, this review summarized the key elements of new product development, including plant material standardization, the optimization of extraction and separation, product quality control, synergy evaluation, animal test evaluation and standard management improvement. This review aimed to provide reference information for natural plant resources utilization and speed up the standardization of new products development.
