摘要
中华苏维埃共和国廉政制度的实践探索给了当代国家治理很多经验启示:必须始终把反腐败放在关系执政党生死存亡的战略高度来认识,充分发挥反腐败保驾护航的作用;必须始终坚持党对反腐败工作的领导,积极构建和完善以党内监督为主导的中国特色社会主义监督制度体系;必须始终坚持人民至上的根本立场,发挥人民群众广泛参与的力量优势;必须始终坚持系统施治、标本兼治的反腐败方略,大力提升国家廉政制度和腐败治理的能力和水平。
The practice of the incorrupt government system in the Soviet Republic of China gives the realistic enlightenment:first,it must always put the anti-corruption on the strategic height of the survival of the ruling party,and give full play to the role of anti-corruption escort;second,it must always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China in anti-corruption work,and actively build and improve the supervision system of socialism with Chinese characteristics with inner-party supervision as the leading role;third,it must always adhere to the fundamental position of putting the people first and give full play to the strength advantage of the broad participation of the people;fourth,it must always adhere to the strategy of systematic treatment and treating both the symptoms and the root causes,and vigorously enhance the ability and level of the national incorrupt government system and corruption governance.
