摘要
为提升苏里格致密砂岩水平井压裂改造效果,为压裂设计及现场压裂参数优化提供技术支撑,在现场开展了一口典型水平井宽带暂堵转向压裂,采用单簇和双簇相结合的方式,压后用连续油管分布式光纤开展产气剖面测试,确定单簇产能和簇间同时压裂效果的关键参数。结果表明:(1)苏里格上古致密砂岩气藏,储集层致密,岩性较复杂,多为薄互层,韧性指数是储层的关键参数,高的韧性能保证裂缝在储层内部延伸,高产段均为韧性指数高的储层。(2)在多簇压裂时,簇间水平主应力差别较大时,即使采用暂堵,也不能保证多簇都起裂,分段分簇方案尤为重要,要确保簇间的最小水平主应力差较小;(3)如果射孔方位偏离裂缝延伸方向角度过大,近井地带裂缝弯曲摩阻较大,会造成近井地带压力过高,从而近井地带裂缝高度失控,造成近井地带无支撑剂而导流能力较低,改造效果较差。
In order to improve the fracturing effect of the horizontal wells in Sulige tight sandstone,and provide technical support for fracturing design and field fracturing parameter optimization,the broadband temporary plugging steering fracturing of a typical horizontal well was carried out on site.The combination of single cluster and double cluster was adopted,and the coiled tubing distributed optical fiber gas production profile was tested after fracturing to determine the key parameters of single cluster productivity and simultaneous fracturing effect between clusters.The interpretation results show that:(1)Sulige Upper Paleozoic tight sandstone gas reservoir has compact reservoir,complex lithology,and mostly thin interbedding.The toughness index is the key parameter of the reservoir.High toughness can ensure the extension of fractures in the reservoir.High yield sections are reservoirs with high toughness index.(2)During multi-cluster fracturing,when the horizontal minimum principal stress difference between clusters is large,even if temporary plugging is adopted,it cannot ensure that multiple clusters crack.The segmented clustering design is particularly important to ensure that the minimum horizontal principal stress difference between clusters is small.(3)If the perforation direction deviates too much from the fracture extension direction,the fracture bending friction in the near well zone is large,which will cause the pressure in the near well zone to be too high,so that the fracture height in the near well zone is out of control,resulting in no proppant in the near well zone,low conductivity and poor transformation effect.
