摘要
大连石化二蒸馏装置主要加工大庆原油,近年来因大庆原油减产开始掺炼俄罗斯原油、冀东原油等。掺炼俄罗斯原油后蒸馏减压馏分油芳烃含量高,糠醛对多环芳烃选择性强,精制油收率和运动黏度明显下降。掺炼冀东原油后,混合原油经蒸馏切割、酮苯脱蜡后,糠醛对低黏度指数多环环烷烃选择性差,导致与纯大庆油相比精制油中环烷环数和含量均上升,精制油黏度指数降低。根据基础油标准要求,跟踪原油组成变化,合理制定二蒸馏减二线(150SNA)运动黏度控制指标,在满足润滑油基础油质量指标的前提下提高蜡熔点和蜡收率。在掺炼冀东原油比例小于20%、不掺炼俄罗斯原油(或掺炼比例小于10%)的情况下,150SNA运动黏度(50℃)按≯14.5mm^(2)/s控制;掺炼俄罗斯原油比例在10%~20%、掺炼冀东原油比例小于20%的情况下,150SNA运动黏度(50℃)按≯15mm^(2)/s控制。
The No.2 distillation unit at PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company mainly processes Daqing crude oil.In recent years,it began to blend Russian crude oil and Jidong crude oil due to the drop in Daqing crude oil production.After blending Russian crude oil,the vacuum distillate oil had high aromatic content,the furfural had strong selectivity to PAHs,and the yield and kinematic viscosity of refined oil decreased obviously.After blending Jidong crude oil,the furfural had poor selectivity to polycyclic naphthenes with low viscosity index,leading to higher number of naphthenic rings and higher naphthenic content of refined oil and lower viscosity index of refined oil compared with pure Daqing crude oil.According to the requirements of base oil standards,the variation of crude oil composition was tracked,and the kinematic viscosity control index of vacuum cut 2(150SNA) of the No.2 distillation unit was reasonably established to improve the wax melting point and wax yield on the premise of meeting the quality index of lube base oil.When the proportion of Jidong crude oil was less than 20% and the proportion of Russian crude oil was zero or less than 10%,the kinematic viscosity(50℃) of 150SNA was controlled at no higher than 14.5mm^(2)/s.When the proportion of Russian crude oil was between 10% and 20% and the proportion of Jidong crude oil was less than 20%,the kinematic viscosity(50℃) of 150SNA was controlled at no higher than 15mm^(2)/s.
