摘要
阐述一种基于梳状谱方式的X波段高性能频率源设计,采用成熟可靠的多次倍频技术,实现低相位噪声、高频率准确度和稳定性,性能优于国内外对标产品的低相噪锁相介质振荡器,实现产品替代。
In this paper, an X-band high-performance frequency source based on comb spectrum is designed, adopts mature and reliable multiple frequency doubling technology to realize low phase noise, high frequency accuracy and stability, its performance is better than the low phase noise PLDRO, product substitution is realized.
