摘要
考察不同生长环境下皱皮木瓜内在物质的含量及其与土壤环境因子的相关性。采用HPLC法测定齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量,乙醇浸提法测定浸出物含量和氮蓝四唑光还原法测定SOD活性;利用SPSS统计软件进行因子分析和相关性分析,建立皱皮木瓜质量品质与土壤环境因子之间的多元回归方程。所有样品指标成分含量均超过药典要求0.5%含量,但含量差异大;从生长环境相关指标中提取了3个因子(总方差贡献率为77.61%),其中速效磷、pH与第一因子有较强相关性,碱解氮、有机质与第二因子有较强相关性;浸出物量与碱解氮含量呈显著正相关(p<0.05),相关系数为0.486;齐墩果酸含量与海拔呈显著正相关(p<0.05),相关系数为0.487;SOD活性与速效钾含量和海拔呈显著正相关(p<0.05),相关系数为0.410。皱皮木瓜适生环境多样;在较高海拔增加氮、钾肥力,有利于内在物质的生成;皱皮木瓜内在物质的生成是土壤环境因子的协同作用。该试验为全面评价皱皮木瓜质量及其规范化种植与合理施肥提供科学依据。
This paper had investigated the content of intrinsic material in Chaenomeles speciosa under different growth environments and its correlation with soil environment factors.The oleic acid and ursolic acid were determined by HPLC,leachate was determined by alcohol leaching method,and activities of SOD were determined through light reduction of nitrogen blue tetrazole method.The factor analyzed and correlation analyzed using SPSS software.Establish the multiple regression equation between the quality and environment factor of Chaenomeles speciosa.The content of ingredients in all samples exceeded the Pharmacopoeia requirement by 0.5%,but the content varied greatly.Three factors(total variance contribution rate 77.61%)were extracted from the index of growth environment.P and pH were strongly correlated with the first factor,and nitrogen and organic matter were strongly correlated with the second factor.The content of leachate had a significant positive correlation with N.The content of oleic acid had a significant positive correlation with altitude.The activities of SOD had a significant positive correlation with K and altitude.The environment suitable for the growth of Chaenomeles speciosa is diverse.Increase nitrogen and potassium fertility at higher altitudes,which is conducive to the formation of intrinsic material.The environment factors have a synergistic effect on the formation of intrinsic material in Chaenomeles speciosa.Furthermore,it provides a scientific basis for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Chaenomeles speciosa and its standardized planting and rational fertilization.
