复杂深大软土深基坑的创新设计与实践 被引量:6

Innovative design and practice of deep and large excavation in complex soft soil

摘要 以浙江某三层超大地下室深基坑支护设计为例,阐述项目重点与难点,并从竖向支护体系、平面支撑、斜向栈桥、立柱桩等方面采取相应的创新设计思路,达到既安全又经济的目的。工程实践表明:被动区土体加固可以有效减小围护墙变形;圆环撑适用于基坑边线不规则的平面支撑设计,可以减小支撑覆盖面;斜向栈桥适用于软土地区深大基坑出土,施工组织方便,工期缩短多;立柱变截面设计可应用于桩端持力层深的端承摩擦桩,经济性好。 A case study of a three-storey deep excavation project in Zhejiang Province on supporting design is carried out.The key points and difficulties of the project are summarized.Innovative design ideas including vertical support system,plane support,inclined trestle bridge,column pile,etc.are adopted to achieve both safety and economic purposes.The practice shows that soil reinforcement in passive zone can effectively reduce enclosing wall deformation.Ring brace is suitable for the design of excavation with irregular side,which will reduce the plan support coverage;inclined trestle is suitable for deep excavation in soft soil area so as to shorten the construction period;the column variable section design is more economical for the friction pile with deep end bearing layer.
