摘要
土—钢界面力学特性研究对进一步认识土与结构物接触问题具有借鉴意义,但从土的结构性以及基本物理特征角度出发,鲜有分析比较原状土和重塑土与钢制界面之间环形剪切力学特性的相关报道。本文着力开展原状土及重塑土与钢制界面之间环形剪切试验,探究原状土与重塑土之间结构性差异、干密度和含水率等因素对土—钢界面力学变形特性以及残余强度特征的影响机理。研究结果表明土的结构性提高了土—钢界面的残余强度,使得原状土—钢界面抗剪强度略高于重塑土,但结构性对土—钢界面破坏特征影响不明显。无论原状土还是重塑土,干密度的增大均提高了土颗粒之间接触,使得土—钢界面残余强度略有提高;含水率的增大使得土中易变形、强度低的大颗粒增多,增大了土—钢界面之间的滑动,进而降低了土—钢界面残余强度。试验结果可为进一步揭示结构性和关键物理指标等对土—钢界面剪切力学特征影响机制提供一定参考。
The study on the mechanical properties of soil-steel interface is significant for further understanding the interface mechanical characteristics between soils and structure.However,from the view of soil structure and basic physical characteristics,there are few reports on the analysis and comparison of ring shear mechanical properties between undisturbed(remolded)soil and steel interface.This paper focuses on the ring shear test between undisturbed(remolded)soil and steel interface,and the influence mechanism of structural differences between undisturbed soil and remolded soil,dry density and water content on the mechanical deformation and residual strength characteristics of soil-steel interface is explored.The results show that the soil structure improves the residual strength of soil-steel interface,and the shear strength of undisturbed soil-steel interface is slightly higher than that of remolded soil,but the influence on the failure characteristics of soil-steel interface is not obvious.Whether undisturbed soil or remolded soil,the increase of dry density improves the contact between soil particles and slightly increases the residual strength of soil steel interface;with the increase of water content,the number of large particles with easy deformation and low strength in the soil increase,which increases the sliding between the soilsteel interface and reduces the residual strength of the soil-steel interface.The test results provide a reference for further revealing the influence mechanism of soil structure and key physical index on the shear mechanical characteristics of soil-steel interface.
