摘要
文中设计了一种建筑整合型线性菲涅尔聚光器,该聚光器具有设计紧凑、焦距短、户外使用风阻小等优点,适合安装于高层建筑外墙.通过光学模拟及实验研究,文中分析了聚光器在不同安装条件下的光学效率和集热效率,并与平板集热器进行了对比.光学模拟结果显示,由于跟踪太阳角度的差异,横向安装的聚光器的光学效率除了在正午时分高于垂直安装,其余时刻均低于垂直安装;垂直安装的日均集热光学效率为50.9%,比横向安装高3%.户外集热性能的测试结果显示,垂直安装聚光器集热效率变化趋势与横向安装相似,垂直安装聚光器的日均集热效率可达41.1%,比横向安装时的集热效率高出4%.结合光学模拟的结果可知,垂直安装的聚光器的光学性能和集热性能均优于横向安装的聚光器.此外,通过与商用平板集热器的集热性能的对比实验可知,平板集热器和聚光器在实验开始时具有相似的集热效率,其余时刻平板集热器的集热效率均低于聚光器,聚光器的日均集热效率比平板集热器高11%.
In this paper, we designed a building-integrated linear Fresnel concentrator with the advantages of compact design, short focal length, and low wind resistance for outdoor use, which makes it suitable for installation on the external walls of high-rise buildings.Through optical simulations and experimental tests of the present concentrator, the optical efficiency and heat collection efficiency of the concentrator under different installation conditions were analyzed and compared with a conventional flat-plate solar collector.The optical simulation results show that the optical efficiency of the horizontally installed concentrator is higher than that of the vertical installation at noon, but lower than that of the vertical installation at other times due to the difference sun-tracking method.The daily average optical efficiency of the vertical installation is 50.9,which is 3% higher than that of the horizontal installation one.In addition, the outdoor thermal performance tests results show that the trend of the heat collection efficiency of the vertically installed concentrator is similar to that of the horizontal installation one.The average daily heat collection efficiency of the vertically installed concentrator can reach 41.1%,which is 4% higher than that of the horizontal installation concentrator.From the results of optical simulations and outdoor tests, it can be seen that the optical performance and heat collection performance of the vertically installed concentrator are better than that of the horizontally installed concentrator.By comparing the heat collection performance of commercial flat-plate collectors, it can be seen that the heat collection efficiency of the concentrators is higher than that of the flat-plate collectors, except for a similar trend in the heat collection efficiencies at the beginning of the tests.The average daily heat collection efficiency of present concentrator is 11% higher than that of the conventional flat plate collector.
