摘要
随着甘蔗机械化收割在国内大范围推广,由于机收甘蔗的杂质含量大大高于人工收割的甘蔗,原料品质将直接影响到糖厂的正常生产,亟需在糖厂前端将甘蔗脱杂工艺与甘蔗输送系统相结合,形成甘蔗脱杂输送系统.本文旨在介绍脱杂输送系统的不同解决方案并对其优缺点进行分析.
In:According to the situation of widely application of mechanical harvesting of sugar cane in China,trash content of mechanical harvesting cane is much higher than manual harvesting and it will have big influence of sugar process.The application of trash separating convoyer system which combine the conveyor system and trash separating process will be needed before cane crushing process.This article will introduce different solution of trash separating convoyer system and analysis of its advantages and disadvantages.
