干旱胁迫下3种地被植物的生理响应及其抗旱性评价 被引量:17

Physiological Response and Drought Resistance Evaluation of Three Ground Cover Plants under Drought Stress

摘要 为不同水分条件下地被植物的选择提供依据,以球果堇菜(Viola collina)、马蹄金(Dichondra micrantha)和大花酢浆草(Oxalis bowiei)3种城市常见地被植物为试验材料,盆栽模拟干旱胁迫环境,选择萎蔫系数、叶绿素含量、自由水/束缚水比值、细胞质膜透性、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和CAT活性等生理指标综合评价3种地被植物的抗旱机理和抗旱能力。结果表明,(1)球果堇菜的暂时萎蔫和永久萎蔫土壤含水量最低,大花酢浆草的暂时萎蔫和永久萎蔫土壤含水量最高;(2)3种地被植物的叶绿素含量以及自由水/束缚水比值随着干旱胁迫程度的提高呈现下降趋势;(3)3种地被植物的细胞质膜透性均随着胁迫程度的提高呈现升高的趋势;(4)除球果堇菜外,其他2种地被植物的脯氨酸含量、MDA含量随着干旱胁迫程度的提高呈现升高趋势,SOD活性和CAT活性随着干旱胁迫程度的提高呈现先升后降的趋势;(5)3种地被植物的耐旱综合能力为:球果堇菜>马蹄金>大花酢浆草。 In order to provide basis for the selection of ground cover plants under different water conditions,three kinds of common ground cover plants in cities,Viola collina,Dichondra micrantha and Oxalis bowiei,were used as experimental materials.The drought resistance mechanism and ability of three kinds of ground cover plants were evaluated comprehensively by physiological indexes such as wilting coefficient,chlorophyll content,free water/bound water ratio,cytoplasmic membrane permeability,proline content,MDA content,SOD activity and CAT activity under simulated drought stress in pot.The results showed as follows:(1)The soil water content of temporary wilting and permanent wilting of Viola collina was the lowest,and that of temporary wilting and permanent wilting of Oxalis bowiei was the highest;(2)The chlorophyll content and free water/bound water ratio of three ground cover plants decreased with the increase of drought stress.(3)The cytoplasmic membrane permeability of three ground cover plants increased with the increase of drought stress.(4)Except Viola collina,the proline content and MDA content of the other two ground cover plants showed a increasing trend with the increase of drought stress degree,and the activities of SOD and CAT increased first and then decreased with the increase of drought stress.(5)The comprehensive drought-tolerant ability of the three ground cover plants was as follows:Viola collina>Dichondra micrantha>Oxalis bowiei.
