摘要
近年来,随着高等学校的扩容发展、办学规模的日益扩大,大学生健康问题越来越受关注。如何对大学生开展富有成效的健康教育也成了学校教育的重要内容,文章对大学生健康存在的问题进行研究分析,提出健康教育课程实施的路径和思路,具有一定的现实意义。
In recent years,with the expansion and development of colleges and universities and the increasing number of college students,health problems of college students emerge one after another.How to carry out effective health education for college students has become an important part of education.The author of this thesis studies and analyzes the concept and development of health education and the problems existing in college students’health,and then puts forward the path and ideas of health education curriculum implementation,which may have certain guiding significance.
