摘要
运用SWOT分析法,对新发展阶段驻马店市农产品加工业发展优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)和风险(T)进行全面分析。结果表明,总体上优势大于劣势,机遇大于挑战,应重点考虑增长型策略(SO)和应对型策略(ST),同时也应结合扭转型策略(WO)和防御型策略(WT),综合确定驻马店市农产品加工业发展战略。具体提出了培育引进农产品加工企业、扩大加工产业规模、提升农产品精深加工能力、发挥平台载体拉动能力、推进农产品加工业转型升级、加大政策支持力度等对策建议。
SWOT analysis was used to comprehensively analyze the advantages(S),disadvantages(W),opportunities(O)and risks(T)of agricultural product processing industry of Zhumadian City in the new development stage.The results showed that the advantages were greater than the disadvantages,and the opportunities were greater than the challenges.Growth strategy(SO)and coping strategy(ST)should be focused on,meanwhile,reverse strategy(WO)and defensive strategy(WT)should also be considered,therefore the development strategy of agricultural product processing industry in Zhumadian City was comprehensively determined.Some suggestions were put forward such as cultivating and introducing agricultural product processing enterprises,expanding the scale of processing industry,improving the deep processing ability of agricultural products,giving full play to the pulling ability of platform carrier,promoting transformation and upgrading of agricultural product processing industry,and increasing policy support.
