摘要
供应链是企业生产活动的重要组成部分,在工业互联网体系下的现代供应链组织模式有着巨大的研究和应用价值。通过对工业互联网和现代供应链的特点进行分析,结合传统消费互联网时代供应模式变革的经验,提出基于工业互联网的云化供应链模型,形成一种工业互联网体系下供应链和供应关系的组织形态,在新疆某地区棉花交易平台的建设中进行实践应用,有效促进该地区棉花产业生态的发展,提升产业生态的供给能力和供应链的稳定性。
As an important part of enterprise activities,the modern supply chain organization model based on the industrial internet has important worthiness for researching and applying.By analyzing the characteristics of industrial internet and modern supply chain,combined with the experience of supply way transformation in the era of traditional consumer internet,a cloudification supply chain model based on industrial internet was put forward,an organizational form of supply chain and supply relationship under the industrial internet system was formed,which was applied in the construction of cotton trading platform in a region of Xinjiang.It effectively promotes the development of cotton industrial ecology in this region,and improves the supply capacity of industrial ecology and the stability of supply chain.
