NaHCO_(3)胁迫下青稞幼苗相关生理指标的变化

摘要 为了探讨碳酸氢钠(Na HCO_(3))对青稞幼苗的影响,本研究设计不同浓度0.2 g/L、0.4 g/L、0.8 g/L、1.6 g/L、3.2 g/L、6.4 g/L NaHCO_(3)溶液处理青稞幼苗,分析幼苗的苗长、根长、叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、氧自由基产生速率生理指标的变化,探究青稞幼苗对盐碱胁迫的生理响应模式。结果表明,随着Na HCO_(3)胁迫浓度的增加,青稞幼苗的苗长、根长、叶绿素含量呈逐渐下降趋势;幼苗中丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量和氧自由基产生速率呈逐渐上升趋势;幼苗中脯氨酸含量呈先上升后下降趋势,在0.8 g/L NaHCO_(3)溶液胁迫下脯氨酸含量达到最大值(P<0.05)。本研究结果为青稞幼苗对Na HCO_(3)溶液胁迫下的生理响应机制提供线索,对青稞种植和栽培具有重要的实践指导意义。 In order to explore the effect of NaHCO_(3) on highland barley seedlings,this study designed different concentrations of 0.2g/L,0.4g/L,0.8g/L,1.6g/L,3.2 g/L and 6.4g/L NaHCO_(3) solutions to treat highland barley seedlings,and analyzed the changes of physiological indicators of seedling length,root length,chlorophyll,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,proline and oxygen free radical production rate of highland barley seedlings.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the physiological response model of highland barley seedlings to saline alkali stress.The results showed that the seedling length,root length and chlorophyll content of highland barley seedlings decreased gradually with the increase of NaHCO_(3) stress concentration.Malondialdehyde content,soluble sugar content and oxygen free radical production rate in seedlings increased gradually.The proline content in seedlings increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum value under the stress of 0.8g/L NaHCO_(3)solution(p<0.05).The results of this study provide clues for the physiological response mechanism of highland barley seedlings to NaHCO_(3) solution stress,and have important practical guiding significance for highland barley planting and cultivatio.
