Objective To explore the application effect of multi-disciplinary cooperative group management nursing mode on examinees undergoing coronary CT angiography(CTA).Methods A total of 120 examinees underwent coronary CTA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects. The examinees were divided into control group and observation group by simple random sampling, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was carried out multi-disciplinary cooperative group management nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The blood pressure, frequency of heart rate fluctuation, examination time, score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),breath holding time,one-time examination success rate and image quality in the two groups were measured. Results After the intervention, compared with control group, the observation group had lower systolic blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation and SAS score, shorter examination time, higher success rate of one-time examination and better image quality(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-disciplinary cooperative group management nursing is expected to become a nursing intervention management mode for examinees undergoing coronary CTA examination.
