“三位一体”创新型人才培养模式在《医用物理学与实验》课程教学中的运用 被引量:3

摘要 《医用物理学与实验》是医学高等院校课程体系的关键组分,课程以物理理论为根本,以医学应用为导向,旨在为医学院校培养优秀人才奠定物理知识基础。创新人才培养是新时期国家教育发展的重要战略,然而,如何实现这一目标是教学工作中面临的重要难题。因此,在教学实践中不断探索新的方法,并逐渐形成了一套“三位一体”创新型人才培养模式,即“教学设计过程中巧用课程思政,塑造学生创新意识;课程内容坚持理论实践并重,锤炼学生创新能力;课程评价不断革新考核方式,激发学生创新热情”。本文主要介绍推进《医用物理学与实验》课程教学改革和人才培养中的经验,以期为相关课程建设提供新的思路和策略。 Medical Physics and Experiment is a key component of the curriculum system in medical university,which is based on physical theory and oriented to medical applications.The aim of this course is to build a solid foundation for medical students to cultivate innovative talents.However,how to improve the teaching quality of the course and cultivate innovative talents is the major problem for us.In the long-term teaching practice,we have gradually proposed a set of trinity innovative talent cultivation model,firstly,using courses for ideological and political education to shape students'innovative consciousness;secondly,combining the theory with practice to refine students'innovative ability;finally,reforming course assessment to stimulate students'innovative passion.This paper mainly introduces our efforts and experience about using trinity'innovative talent training mode in the teaching of Medical Physics and Experiment,which may provide new strategies for the construction of related courses.
