摘要
对某医院拟建的头部多源伽马射线立体定向放射治疗机房进行屏蔽计算,验证其辐射剂量参数和防护安全性能是否符合相关标准和要求。参照设备厂家提供的治疗机房内辐射剂量场分布情况,采用什值层计算方法对屏蔽体外的周围剂量当量率进行模拟计算。结果表明:在治疗状态下,机房顶部、四周屏蔽墙体以及防护门外30 cm处的剂量当量率均低于控制值,机房墙体的屏蔽设计可以达到预期效果,防护性能满足放射治疗相关标准要求,同时对于其他同类设备的应用也具有一定指导意义。
The shielding calculation of the proposed head multi-source gamma-ray stereotactic radiotherapy room in a hospital was carried out to verify whether its radiation dose parameters and protection safety performance or not meet the relevant standards and requirements.Referring to the distribution of radiation dose field in the treatment room provided by the equipment manufacturer,the dose rate equivalent value outside the shield was simulated and calculated by what layer calculation method.The results showed that the dose equivalent rate above the top of the machine room,outside the surrounding shielding wall and 30 cm out from the protective door were lower than the control value in the treatment state,indicating that the shielding design of the machine room wall can reach the expected effect,and the protective performance meets the requirements of radiotherapy related standards.At the same time,it also has certain guiding significance for the application of other similar equipment.
