摘要 目的:建立QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS法测定植物源性食品中的百菌清的方法。方法:色谱柱为SH-RXi-5Sil MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),扫描方式为多反应检测。结果:该方法有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,回收率为98%~101%,相对标准偏差为0%~2.3%。结论:本法简便、快速和准确,可用于植物源性食品中百菌清的测定。 Objective:To establish a QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS method for the determination of chlorothalonil in plant-derived foods.Method:The chromatographic column was SH-RXi-5SilMS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),and the scanning method was multiple reaction detection.Result:The method had a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the recoveries were 98%~101%,and the relative standard deviations were 0%~2.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of chlorothalonil in plant-derived foods.
