摘要
液压挖掘机最基本的作业是挖掘装车,随着全球各地对运输车辆超载管控力度加大,在全球智能化背景下,对挖掘机装车载荷监测提出了要求,该文主要叙述了一种挖掘机载荷智能监控系统的框架,重点介绍了载荷监控系统的核心技术,最后通过样机测试验证完成载荷智能监控系统的开发。
Hydraulic excavator is the most basic job loading,as the world has also intensified its efforts for transport vehicle overloading control,under the background of global intelligence,demand of excavators loading load monitoring,this paper mainly describes a kind of intelligent monitoring system of excavator load framework,focus on the core of the load monitoring system technology.Finally,the load intelligent monitoring system is developed through prototype test and verification.
