摘要
犊牛腹泻通常是由致病性的大肠杆菌侵染引发的一种威胁严重的消化道疾病,短时间内引发大量的新生犊牛死亡,造成的经济损失不可估量。犊牛出生后由于机体的抗病能力较差,身体抵抗能力不足,胃肠道消化功能不完善,再加上养殖管理不当,面临较多应激因素刺激,会给致病性大肠杆菌的侵染提供条件。2周龄内的哺乳犊牛受大肠杆菌危害较为严重,感染后常会出现严重的腹泻和败血症,死亡率达30%以上。为了了解青海省海西州大肠杆菌病的发生情况,针对海西州某养殖场的发病情况进行了大肠杆菌病的分离鉴定和药敏试验,筛选出几种敏感药物,为大肠杆菌病的防治治疗奠定坚实基础,避免了不科学用药造成的大肠杆菌产生耐药性的问题。
Calf diarrhea is usually a serious gastrointestinal disease caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli infection.It will cause a large number of newborn calves to die in a short period of time,and the economic loss is immeasurable.After the calf is born,due to poor disease resistance,insufficient body resistance,imperfect digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract,and improper breeding management,it will face more stress and stimulation,which will infect pathogenic E.coli provide conditions.Suckling calves within 2 weeks of age are more severely affected by E.coli,and severe diarrhea and sepsis often occur after infection,and the mortality rate is as high as 30%.In order to understand the occurrence of colibacillosis in cattle breeding farms in HaiXi County,Qinghai Province,the isolation and identification of colibacillosis and drug sensitivity test were carried out for the incidence of a breeding farm,and several sensitive drugs were screened for the prevention and treatment of colibacillosis.The work laid a solid foundation and avoided unscientific use of drugs,which caused E.coli to develop drug resistance.
