摘要
为研究玉米秸秆膨化发酵饲料对育肥羊生产性能和肉质品质产生的影响,2020年4月下旬选取内蒙古丰镇市规模化肉羊养殖场的20只育肥羊,按照随机分组原则将其划分为2个组别,分别为试验组和对照组,每组10只羊。试验组羊群添加玉米秸秆膨化发酵饲料并搭配适量的精饲料,对照组育肥羊按照秸秆饲料和精饲料相搭配的方式进行饲喂,试验期为90 d。在试验过程中测定羊群的采食情况、体重变化情况。试验结束之后按照随机原则,从试验组和对照组的羊群中分别选择公母2只羊进行屠宰,检测肉质品质。试验结果表明,试验组育肥肉羊的采食量比对照组高18.24%,羊肉的剪切力比对照组下降3.79%,说明饲喂玉米秸秆膨化发酵饲料能够提高育肥肉羊的生产性能,同时还能够改善羊肉性状,具有良好的生产作用,值得在今后生产中推广应用。
In order to further study the effect of corn stover extruded fermented feed on the production performance and meat quality of fattening sheep.In late April 2020,20 fattening sheep from a large-scale mutton sheep farm in Fengzhen City,Inner Mongolia were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups,named the experimental group and the control group,with 10 sheep in each group.The sheep in the experimental group were fed with corn stalk extruded fermented feed and an appropriate amount of concentrated feed,while the fattening sheep in the control group were fed with a combination of straw and concentrated feed.The test period was 90 days.During the experiment,the feed intake and weight changes of the flock should be collected in time.After the experiment,according to the principle of randomization,two sheep were selected from the experimental group and the control group for slaughter,and the meat quality was tested.The test results showed that the feed intake of fattening sheep in the experimental group was 18.24%higher than that in the control group,and the shear force of mutton was reduced by 3.79%compared with the control group.This shows that by adding an appropriate amount of corn stalk extruded fermented feed to the feed,it can be It can improve the production performance of fattening mutton sheep,and at the same time can improve the characteristics of mutton.It has a good production effect and is worthy of popularization and application in future production.
