质量监控系统和无损检测技术在广连高速公路路面工程中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了确保广连高速公路沥青路面的施工质量,弥补传统检测手段的不足,引进了质量监控系统和无损检测技术,从原材料控制,混合料拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压,以及工后检测等多方面进行监控,以保证路面质量管理的有效性。实践表明:与传统的质量控制手段相比,采用质量监控系统和无损检测技术能够更加全面地反映路面的施工状况,为提高路面的施工质量提供直接的依据。 In order to improve the highway asphalt roadbed construction quality,make up for the inadequacy of traditional detection methods,inthis project,the quality monitoring system and the nondestructive testing technology have been introduced,from raw material control,mixture mixing,transportation,paving,rolling and following detection aspects of monitoring,to ensure the effectiveness of pavement quality management.Practice has proved that,being compared with the traditional quality control means,the quality monitoring system and nondestructive testing technology can reflect the construction condition of pavement more comprehensively,and provide direct basis for improving the construction quality of pavement.
