摘要
目的:探析古代文献中经渠穴的优势主治病症及配伍规律。方法:在《中华医典》(第5版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》中检索1949年10月以前的相关文献,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,建立SQL Server数据库,对数据进行频数统计分析、关联分析、聚类分析和基于Gephi的可视化分析。结果:共纳入符合标准的文献条文210条涉及52部古籍,频数分析结果显示单穴优势主治病症为咳嗽、喘证等12种,配伍优势主治病症为热病无汗、疟疾等11种,配伍腧穴频率最高的是合谷和鱼际,频率最高的经脉是手阳明大肠经,应用特定穴频率高于非特定穴,频率最高的特定穴是荥穴;关联分析结果显示经渠优势配穴12对;聚类分析结果显示经渠穴优势配伍穴组4类;基于Gephi的可视化分析结果显示单穴与配伍主治优势病症6种。结论:本研究总结古代文献中经渠穴的优势主治病症及配伍规律,为现代临床应用经渠穴提供参考。
Objective:To explore the dominant diseases and compatibility rules of Jingqu acupoint(LU8)in ancient literature.Methods:Relevant literature before October 1949 were retrieved from Chinese Medical Code(5th edition)and Chinese Modern Chinese Medicine Journal Compilation.The articles were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and SQL Server database was established.Frequency statistical analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis and visual analysis based on Gephi were performed on the data.Results:210 literature lines that met the inclusion criteria were included,which involved 52 ancient books.Frequency analysis showed that the 12 kinds of dominant diseases treated by single acupoints were cough,asthma and other diseases,and the 11 kinds of dominant diseases treated by compatibility were febrile diseases without sweat,as well as malaria and other diseases;the highest frequency of acupoint compatibility was Hegu(LI4)and Yuji(LU10),the highest frequency of meridians was Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming,application frequency of specific points was higher than that of non-specific points,the highest frequency of specific point was Ying-spring point.Correlation analysis showed there were 12 kinds of dominant compatibility of LU8.Cluster analysis showed that there were 4 types of dominant compatibility.Visualization analysis based on Gephi showed that there were 6 kinds of dominant diseases treated by the application of single point or the compatibility.Conclusion:This study summarized the dominant diseases treated by LU8 and the compatibility of LU8 in ancient literature,and provided reference for modern clinical application of the point.
