摘要
为了研究柴油机用增压式变排量机油泵与泄压式变排量机油泵变量控制原理及性能差异,采用AMESim软件建立了变排量机油泵液压性能及力学一维仿真模型。对2种变量原理机油泵方案的滑块及先导阀工作压力、高压及低压控制模式下的主油道压力、不同转速下的流量及稳定性进行了数值模拟。结果表明,2种控制方案的仿真值与试验值吻合良好,其性能表现出明显的差异。在高压控制模式下,随着温度升高,单腔增压式变量方案最高压力从550 kPa下降至510 kPa;双腔泄压式变量方案最高压力由510 kPa上升至550 kPa。在低压控制模式下,泄压式方案先导阀不参与变量调节,变量压力的稳定性较差;增压式方案先导阀具有稳压作用,变量压力的稳定性优于泄压式变量泵。
In order to analyze the displacement control mechanism and performance difference be⁃tween pressure charged/relieved variable displacement oil pump,a 1D AMESim model of performance and mechanical model for oil pump is established.Based on this model,the working pressure of stator and control valve,the main gallery pressure under high pressure and low pressure mode,the flow rate and the stability of the two different displacement control mechanism is simulated.The result shows that the simulation result meets the experiment result quite well,and the significant performance differences between the two designs are observed.In high pressure mode,when the maximum pressure of the single chamber pressure charged displacement control design decreases from 550 kPa to 510 kPa with the in⁃crease of temperature,that of the double chamber pressure relieved displacement control design increases from 510 kPa to 550 kPa.In low pressure mode,the control valve of pressure relieved design doesn′t take part in the displacement control,which leads to the poor stability of the pressure.Meanwhile,the control valve of pressure charged design can stabilize pressure,the stability of pressure is better than that of the previous design.
