摘要
档案是党和国家的宝贵财富,中小学档案不但具备一般档案的特征,还拥有较强的分散性、专业性以及周期性,需要全面加强管理,优化档案管理方法。伴随我国社会经济的快速发展,现代信息技术已广泛应用于档案管理工作中,取得空前的成就,有效推动教学工作的开展。根据《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》的要求,中小学需要让信息技术成为档案管理的重要途径和手段,实现统筹兼顾,划分统一性的标准,通过分级建设的方法,提高档案的保密程度,优化管理水平。本文立足于数字技术发展背景,分析中小学档案工作信息化管理的意义,介绍档案工作信息化管理的问题,探索中小学档案工作信息化管理的主要任务和实现路径。
Archives are the precious wealth of the Party and the nation.The archives of primary and secondary schools not only possess the characteristics of general archives,but also possess a strong dispersion,professionalism and periodicity.It is necessary to strengthen comprehensively the management and optimize the archives management methods.With the rapid development of social economy,modern information technology has been used widely in archives management in our country,achieved the unprecedented achievements,and promoted effectively the development of teaching work.According to the requirements of the〈Implementation Outline of National Archives Information Construction〉,primary and secondary schools need to make information technology and become an important way and means of archives management,realize the standard of overall planning and unified division,improve the confidentiality degree of archives and improve the management level through the method of hierarchical construction.Based on the development background of digital technology,this paper analyzes the significance of archives informatization management in primary and secondary schools,introduces the problem of archives informatization management,and explores the main tasks and realization path of archives informatization management in primary and secondary schools.
