摘要
目的:分析King互动达标理论的健康教育模式应用于社区居家留置导尿患者的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年12月上海市徐汇区凌云街道社区居家留置导尿患者60名,采用随机分组法将其分成研究组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组采用以King互动达标理论为基础的健康教育模式,时间为6个月。对比两组干预前后尿白细胞计数、尿红细胞计数、干预前后生活质量评分以及照顾者对留置导尿知识知晓情况和满意度。结果:干预后,研究组白细胞计数、红细胞计数均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分、满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),居家留置导尿患者的照顾者对护理知识的知晓率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:King互动达标理论的健康教育模式应用于社区居家留置导尿患者,能够降低感染情况,提高患者生活质量以及照顾者护理知识掌握程度,提升满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of health education mode based on King interactive standard theory applied to community home indwelling catheterization patients.Methods:Sixty patients with indwelling catheterization at home from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine health education,and the study group adopted the health education mode based on King interactive standard theory for 6 months.The urinary white blood cell count,urinary red blood cell count,quality of life score before and after intervention,as well as the awareness and satisfaction of caregivers on indwelling catheterization knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the white blood cell count and red blood cell count in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life and satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the awareness rate of nursing knowledge among caregivers of patients with home indwelling catheterization in the study group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education mode of King’s interactive standard theory is applied to patients with indwelling catheterization at home in the community,which can reduce infection,improve the quality of life of patients and the mastery of nursing knowledge of caregivers,and improve the satisfaction.
