摘要
目的将品管圈活动应用于骨科创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防,以降低患者DVT发生率。方法选取科室2019年2—4月住院患者236例为对照组,计算DVT发生率,并对DVT预防中存在的问题进行调查分析,提出改进措施,并给予实施,再调查2019年5—7月住院患者241例为试验组,计算其DVT发生率,对两组患者DVT发生率进行比较。结果通过品管圈活动后,DVT发生率由对照组的6.78%下降至试验组的2.08%,试验组DVT发生率显著低于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动是发现并解决护理工作问题的有效方法,对骨科创伤患者开展预防下肢深静脉血栓的品管圈活动,能够降低DVT的发生率,提高患者DVT预防管理的质量,体现了护理质量持续改进的管理目标。
Objective To reduce the incidence of DVT,the quality control circle(QCC)activity is applied to prevent the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)to reduce the incidence of DVT in orthopedic trauma patients.Methods Incidence of DVT in 236 inpatients(from February to April,2019)were analyzed as the control group.Through investigating the problems in DVT prevention,the improvement measures were proposed and implemented.Furthermore,in experimental group,incidence of DVT in 241 inpatients(from May to July,2019)were calculated and analyzed.The incidence of DVT was compared between the two groups.Results Through the activities of quality control circle,the incidence of DVT decreased from 6.78%in the control group to 2.08%in the experimental group.The incidence of DVT in the experimental group was dramatically lower than that in the control group.It has statistically different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activity is an effective way to find and solve the nursing problems.In prevention of DVT,QCC is conducive to reduce the incidence and improve the quality of management in orthopedic trauma patients.Additionally,it reflects the management goal of continuous improvement of nursing quality.
