长节段大吨位预制拼装综合管廊设计

摘要 预制拼装作为一种综合管廊施工工艺,具备质量稳定、工期短、综合成本低、节能环保等优势.以某四舱综合管廊工程为依托,介绍一种在管廊结构上方运输及安装预制节段的拼装工艺,该工艺能满足整节段预制拼装管廊节段在长节段、大吨位的条件下施工,现场反馈效果较好.同时对该工艺下管廊结构设计、防水设计、吊装设计等关键点进行研究,可为类似管廊工程设计提供参考. Prefabrication assembly is an important construction process of utility tunnel,which has the advantages of stable quality,short construction period,low comprehensive cost,energy conservation and environmental protection.Relying on a four-cabin utility tunnel project,a assembly technology of transporting and erecting the prefabricated segments above the utility tunnel structure is introduced.This technology can satisfy the construction of the whole segment prefabricated assembly utility tunnel under the conditions of long segment and large tonnage,and the on-site feedback effect is good.At the same time,the key points of structure design,waterproof design and hoisting design of utility tunnel by this technology are studied,which can provide the reference for the design of the similar utility tunnels.
