摘要
针对鲜莲蓬剥粒机的发展需求,解决传统人工剥蓬效率低,促进莲子生产规模化及产业化发展,研究设计一种鲜莲蓬剥粒机。通过初级破碎机构、二级研磨机构和振动分级清选机构的研究设计,实现鲜莲蓬剥粒的目的,其剥蓬率、破碎率、生产率分别为99.27%,2.21%,36.26 kg/h,能够满足鲜莲蓬剥粒生产需求,为鲜莲蓬剥粒提供一种机械化加工的解决方案,推动莲子产业机械化发展。
In order to meet the development needs of fresh lotus seed peeler,solve low efficiency of traditional manual peeling,and promote the large-scale production and industrial development of lotus seed production,a fresh lotus seed peeler was studied and designed.Through the research and design of the primary crushing mechanism,secondary grinding mechanism and vibration classification cleaning mechanism of the machine,the purpose of peeling fresh lotus seeds was realized.The peeling rate,crushing rate and productivity were 99.27%,2.21%and 36.26 kg/h respectively,which can meet the production demand of peeling fresh lotus seeds,provide a solution for mechanized processing for peeling fresh lotus seeds,and promote the development of mechanization of lotus seed industry.
