基于单片机的PLC对象仿真实验箱设计

摘要 以STM32F427单片机为核心,设计开发了基于单片机的PLC课程对象仿真实验箱,阐述了PLC对象仿真实验箱整体设计及单片机控制板各个功能的硬件设计与软件开发,对对象仿真实验箱的特点及应用进行了描述。新型的PLC对象仿真实验箱,采用单片机软件仿真实验对象,采用液晶屏显示实验画面,比原有PLC实验箱功能全面,实验项目灵活,强化和提高了学生的动手能力与综合实践能力。 Taking STM32F427 single-chip microcomputer as the core,this paper designs and develops the PLC course object simulation experiment box based on single-chip microcomputer,and expounds the whole design of PLC object simulation experiment box and the hardware design and software development of each function of single-chip microcomputer control board,the characteristics and application of the object simulation experiment box are described.The new PLC object simulation experiment box adopts single chip computer software to simulate the experiment object,and adopts LCD to display the experiment picture.It has more comprehensive functions than the original PLC experiment box,and the experiment item is flexible,strengthening and improving students practical ability and comprehensive practical ability.
