摘要
以倾斜壁连接的星型胞元为研究对象,运用有限元软件ANSYS/LSDYNA进行数值模拟,分析不同节点夹角和不同冲击速度下的冲击力学性能。研究表明:低速冲击下,试件会产生“V”型、“X”型剪切变形带,呈现中部颈缩和上部拉胀的变形现象,应力-应变曲线出现双平台应力段,展现了更强的能量吸收能力。随着冲击速度增大,在惯性作用下,胞元在冲击端呈现层层折叠并压溃,且试件吸能能力在增强。节点夹角为45°时,试件表现出相对稳定的变形模式和吸能能力。
Taking star-shaped cell connected by inclined wall as the research object,the finite element software ANSYS/LSDYNA was used to carry out numerical simulation,and the impact mechanical properties of the structure at different node Angle and different impact velocity were analyzed.The results showed that under low-speed impact,V-shaped and X-shaped shear deformation bands were generated in the specimen,showing the deformation phenomenon of necking in the middle and stretching in the upper part,and the stress-strain curves had double platform stress segments,showing stronger energy absorption capacity.With the increase of velocity,the cell folded and collapsed layer by layer at the impact end,and the energy absorption capacity of specimen increased under the action of inertia.When the included angle of the node was 45°,the specimen displayed the relatively stable deformation mode and energy absorption capacity.
