塑胶材料作为热塑性绝缘材料,用作设备外壳时是直接与人体接触的防护部件,一般会承担机械防护、电气防护、隔热和防火的功能,是一类非常关键的安规器件,应作为重点安规器件选型。塑胶材料作为电子设备外壳在用户终端类设备中使用非常广泛,例如手机、路由器、音箱、家庭网关、机顶盒以及配套的电源充电器等设备。通常来说,塑胶件成品特性取决于所选用的原材料,因此塑胶材料的认证也基本采用原材料认证方式。该文重点介绍塑胶原材料UL黄卡信息,指明不同类型的产品选择原材料时应关注的因素,说明技术原理,以确保整机认证时对塑胶原材料的考核能够顺利过关。
As a thermoplastic insulation material,plastic materials are protective components that are in direct contact with human bodies when they are used as equipment shells.They provide mechanical protection,electrical protection,heat insulation,and fire protection functions,and are very important safety critical com ponents.They should be selected as key safety components.As an electronic device shell,plastic materials are widely used in user terminal devices,such as mobile phones,routers,speakers,home gateways,STBs,and power chargers.In general,the characteristics of finished plastic parts depend on the selected raw materials,so the plastic materials are certificated by raw materials.This document focuses on the UL yellow card information of plastic raw materials,specifies the factors to be concerned when different types of products select raw materials,and describes the technical principles to ensure that the appraisal of plastic raw materials during device certification can be successful.
