摘要
代谢功能障碍相关性脂肪肝病(MAFLD)是临床较常见的慢性肝病。疾病早期是良性可逆的,随着病情进展后期可发展为肝硬化、肝癌及其他心血管疾病,早期诊断及监测MAFLD有重要的临床意义,而作为金标准的肝组织活检为有创检查,不适合筛查和随访,临床较难开展。国内外研究者对诊断MAFLD的方法不断深入研究和更新,现对超声无创诊断方法在MAFLD的应用现状进行综述。
Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is a relatively common chronic liver disease.The disease is benign and reversible in the early stage,and can develop into liver cirrhosis,liver cancer and other cardiovascular diseases in the later stage with the progression of the disease.Early diagnosis and monitoring of MAFLD have important clinical significance,and liver biopsy as the gold standard is an invasive examination,which is not necessary.It is suitable for screening and follow-up,but it is difficult to carry out clinical practice.Researchers at home and abroad have continuously researched and updated the methods of diagnosing MAFLD.Now,this review summarizes the application status of non-invasive ultrasound diagnosis methods in MAFLD.
